Class Trip!! Urgent!!

ok i'm so so so so so sorry, because of me we hav 2 change d time on our class trip. i'm so sorry again. but its not a big change acutally... instate of goin in d mornin, can we go in d afternoon?? like we meet bout 2.00 / 2.30pm n we leave bout 3.00pm. coz i hav a weddin 2 attent on 15 sunday ( d day b4 our trip) so i will b comin bak in d mornin.. n i think i should b able 2 reach by 3.00pm. i'm really sori 4 d inconvenience, really sori. n if u hav a problem plz plz tell us. we will do all we can so tat every1 can go. n teacher should b goin.. plz coment if its ok or not.. urgent.. once again vry sori..
