so far, i'm good here coz all lab reports had been submit, juz leave 2 presentations n 2 tests...

Ermm...actly i juz want share with u guys is product innovation that i n my grp members had done during my last lab...
U guys know what my grp innovate???
haha...Our main character ingredient is seaweed..my lecturer ask us to create a new food product by using this seaweed as ingredient.
Then my grp member decide to do a very special food that not yet have in the market now
That is Fruit Leather...u guys know what is that???
Fruit Leather is a snack food that made by fruit puree undergo dehydration process.
At 1st, i oso dun wat lai de...then my grp member said he saw my senior do this Fruit Leather as his FYP last yr...
So we juz trial n error do make MANGO SEAWEED LEATHER as our product.
Before that day, we juz search internet and youtube to find the procedures and formulation to make it...we juz simply make our own procedure, n we do not know whether can or not...
During the processing, it was a very hard time for us coz we had no idea at all regarded this product...
We like very kelam-kabut, we do not know the actual pH value, moisture content, sugar content n so on...
Lucky, there has a senior doin her FYP. She's a helpful person..it true...
She taught us many things on the fruit leather production..very thz to her...
Then, we follow the instrution that she gave us...
Finally, we MADE it....
During evalution, my lecturer very satified with our product juz because it very suit to our term n very special since market are not yet have this kind of product n Dr said if sour then will be best (coz our product too sweet, hehe)...but Dr said we are too courage to take this as adventure.
at that time, i'm so pround with my product even this is not my idea...
But i n my grp members do it, made it together...
I'm really happy that day...:D
Mango Fruit Leather
(it supposed to be very dried but due to the time limited, so we juz dried it 3.++ hrs oni n raining that day, so our product got a bit sticky)
I do not know whether u all understand what i'm talking, but i'm really want to share my happiness to all of u...
